Tony Palmer Dead

You may remember "Bishop" Tony Palmer, who played a video address by Pope Francis to a Protestant group led by televangelist Kenneth Copeland this January. He has passed away.

Mr. Palmer succumbed to injuries from a motorcycle accident, according to Church Militant TV News.

  1. Interestingly, his funeral is to take place at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, in Bath. No explanation offered on the website of his community. There's more that could be said about that, of course, but perhaps at a more appropriate time.

  2. Get ready for the conspiracy theories.

  3. I read where he was a major organizer of the Caserta meeting. Catholics must not seek omens. He seemed sincere, and I hope he found his way into the Church at last.
