The Jesuit Reductions

A fascinating account of the "Jesuit Reductions" at ECST. Be sure to click on the link that will take you to picture of these massive walled cities.

The Jesuit Reductions were self-contained, walled cities where Christian Indians could live and work.  They had free hospitals, and were entirely literate. Brilliant, really. But European politics spelled their end.

The Bear imagines similar large, isolated Christian compounds in our dystopian aborting, euthanizing, sodomite, one-world, earth-worshiping, atheist future. He's already found a manual. "The Rule of St. Benedict."

  1. opening up Zoar to be the new Pella? We'll be you first citizens...the dogs and goats and chickens will LOVE our two's a sheepdog (well, at least Beau will like him).

  2. Awesome! Please watch "The Mission" with Robert DeNiro, an excellent film with a beautiful score by Ennio Morricone.
