Francis to Start Daily Blog

SCB News - POPE FRANCIS TO START DAILY BLOG. Frustrated by misinterpretations by the media after his frequent, lengthy interviews, the Pope announced that he is starting a blog named "Ex Cathedra." "It's just a place where I can write a couple of hours every day. And since it's on the internet, there will be no chance of anyone missing my meaning or quoting me out of context. Just me, a regular guy, saying whatever comes to mind."

  1. Yes, satire, but like all good satire, true.

  3. What a relief to read this. Long have I thought that a blog by the Holy Father as a Regular Guy is just what we need.

  4. That reminds me. We're due for another Pope Video right about now. Any guesses as to the topic?

    1. The intentions are:
      Universal: Journalists
That journalists, in carrying out their work, may always be motivated by respect for truth and a strong sense of ethics.

      Evangelization: World Mission Day
That World Mission Day may renew within all Christian communities the joy of the Gospel and the responsibility to announce it.

The actual intentions sound OK to me. What the video will look like, I have no idea.
